Ruby Farms uses only hand-picked fresh apples in their cider.  If you want a pure, sparkling, healthy juice it is very important that a quality apple is used.  Ruby Farms sells only cider that is pressed here in our mill and is able to totally control all steps to a finished product.  Cider is a wonderful seasonal treat which should be welcomed by all of us as a special product of Michigan.
